First Visit
We are always excited to meet new patients! Your first visit includes a cleaning, a comprehensive exam, and full series of X-rays (unless you had a full series of X-rays within a year that has been sent over before your first appointment.) Our team will develop a treatment plan to help you achieve and maintain a healthy smile. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have about treatment options during your visit.
Reminders for your first visit:
- Please be sure to bring your dental insurance card and arrive early to complete your initial paperwork if needed
- Please bring a list of any medications you are taking.
- If you need antibiotics prior to dental work, please take them as prescribed.

Pediatric First Visit
During your child’s visit, we will get to know your child and help them feel comfortable in the office by explaining what will happen during the visit and showing them the tools we will use to help keep their smile healthy. We will review your child’s medical/dental health history, perform a thorough head and neck examination, and evaluate your child’s teeth and gums. Digital radiographs (X-rays) are taken only if necessary.
Parents are encouraged to accompany their children during their visits so that we can discuss treatment needs directly with you. If no treatment is needed and your child is comfortable, your child’s teeth will be cleaned and a fluoride treatment will be provided.
